Returns Process
1. Return Initiation: Log into your Exoditi account to start the returns process.
2. Return Authorisation: After logging in, access your order history and select the item you wish to return.
3. Return Confirmation: Upon selection, confirm your return request and a return authorization code will be generated.
4. Package Preparation: Prepare your package with the item securely packed and the return authorisation code displayed on the exterior.
5. Free Returns: Enjoy free returns! You will be provided with a prepaid label to affix to the package, ensuring a straightforward return process.
6. Dispatch the Return: Once packaged and labelled, dispatch your return using DPD or UPS, our trusted partners, for a safe and prompt return.
